ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
will be held on November 19th, 2020 at the North Strabane Township Municipal Building located at 1929 Route 519 S, at 7:00 pm. We will be voting on new rules and regulations. Thanks.

- Main Driveways on HuntingCreek even numbered Town homes
The four driveways were "patched" on Tuesday, August 18th and will be PAVED on Friday, August 21st. The contractor will do one driveway at a time and will allow you to drive on it one hour after it is sealed. If you park on the street, please adhere to only one side of the street parking assuring that you are not blocking anyone's mailbox.

- Hunting Creek Road - Main Driveways
On Tuesday, August 18th and Wednesday, August 19th the main driveways to the even numbered town homes on HuntingCreek Road will be repaved. On Monday evening please relocate the vehicles you need to use on Tuesday and Wednesday. On street parking has been cleared with the North Strabane Township Police Department.
Next spring/summer the back driveways will be scheduled.

Townhome and Carriage Home Residents -
Superior Lawn Care will be applying a treatment to the Carriage Home and Townhome lawns this Tuesday April 6th 2021.
This treatment will include fertilizer, weed control, and pre-emergent crab grass control. The cost of this treatment is covered in your monthly HOA dues, so there will be no additional payment needed for this service.
The Foxchase Community Facebook Page is another great way to connect with your neighbors, share community news/events, or maybe share a positive experience with a contractor.
